WHY to dance!

Dance is an exceptional way of expressing ourselves and communicating through the body!
More than that, it has numerous beneficial properties and undoubtedly a positive impact not only in our body, but in our mentality as well. Furthermore, the body learns how to be coordinated and synchronize different parts, through working different muscle groups. This leads to achieving balance and accomplish harmony in our movement.
Mentally, dance contributes to improving our concentration through good blood circulation. While simultaneously, decreases our stress and tension and increases our cognitive and comprehension skills.
Additionally, dancing leads to cultivating the spirit of teamwork, improves our social skills, boosts our confidence and therefore makes us happier: exercising while having fun!
Our goal as artistic directors is to impart our knowledge and shape not only great dancers, but to cultivate spirits, characters, and bodies methodically; alongside with consistency, discipline and mindfulness. Together, we will reach the stars!
