Pilates  Whether you are an athlete, or a senior who wants to take care of their body, Pilates suits everybody! Building your core strength, it elongates and stretches all major muscle groups equally, creating balance in your body. Increasing in a subtle way your flexibility, improving your posture and your concentration, Pilates is undoubtedly a great way to exercise without making you feel exhausted, but rather toned and relaxed. It tones especially your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. Also, it is healing and preventing muscle injuries. It relaxes your shoulders, neck and upper back. Besides this, it creates control of the muscles of your back and limbs. An enormous benefit of Pilates, is that it improves your concentration, lung capacity and circulation through deep breathing and centering. Thus, it is stress relieving and increases body awareness
